Okay, okay... I promised I would post, but lots of things have been going. Here is a massive update!
Produced by Diddy. This is his 2nd single from American Gangster. He mentions Britney in it, actually. He says 'Got less step than
Britney', which IMO is really ignorant. SMHF.

Here are two new songs from Skye Sweetnam's sophomore album, Sound Soldier, due October 30th in Canada. Her latest single, "Human", has been just released to the Canadian iTunes. Credit: Kenny8706.
The songs are fantastic! I can't wait for Skye's new CD!

This is Tweet's new single, "My Dear", featuring T.I. from her third CD, Love, Tweet. It was originally by Ciara featuring T.I. but Tweet does it justice. I really like this! Credit for the cover goes to: kingofny2000

This is a reccommended song. It's by indie rock group, The Bravery. It's a really good song. This is what I'm currently addicted to, along with "Outta This World" by Britney Spears. It's been on alot of shows recently, i.e. Gossip Girl (episode 3), Friday Night Lights (previews) and Reaper (episode 3).

The first official single from their sophomore, The Truth, due February 5. It's tight! I love it. Other producers on the album include B. Cox, Tricky Stewart, JD and Lil' Ronnie.

This is the first single from Kylie's new album, X. It's way different than her usual style, and I like it more. It's catchy. ENJOY!

Kelly Rowland to Re-Release Ms. Kelly

In a recent interview with the Lantern, they asked her about a re-release of Ms. Kelly and she said this:
The Lantern: Are you reissuing "Ms. Kelly?"
Kelly Rowland: I am actually. I'm going back into the studio to do some more songs. I was very apprehensive at first, but I swallowed my pride. The record industry is very different. Things are going more digital and I want to accommodate my fanbase.
I also heard that it will involve production by J.R. Rotem and Bryan-Michael Cox. If so, she's got it set. Those are two of the biggest producers at the moment.
Trina's Song 'Stolen'; Label Furious
Miami rapper Trina and her label Slip N Slide Records have revealed that her first single "Single Again" which features Christina Milian was stolen from a local recording studio and leaked via the email and the Internet. According to Slip N Slide CEO Ted Lucas, the illegal, stolen version is the wrong track.
"This mishap is extremely unfortunate and the official version of 'Single Again' track featuring Trina by herself will be re-released by the end of the week," Lucas told "I am thankful that nothing else was taken from the computer. I guess we can look at this bizarre experience and move forward with Trina's upcoming project."
According to representatives for Trina, the rapper was "in complete shock" when she realized the single had been stolen. "Single Again" is taken from Trina's upcoming album Da Baddest Chick Part 2: Reloaded, which features guest appearances by Missy Elliott, Gwen Stefani and others.
Well, that's the biz for you. Her official first single will be a song with Missy.

Justin Timberlake and Beyonce - Until the End of Time (Remix)

This is the single edit of Justin's final (hopefully) single from his overplayed album, FutureSex/LoveSounds. I couldn't stand the song before, but Bey makes it so much bearable for me. The video should be hot. ENJOY.
Trina - I'm Single Again (Demo Version)

Would've used my own link, but I'm in a hurry. Anyways, this is Trina's supposed buzz single from her latest album, Da Baddest Bitch II (due Feb. 18). The album version is supposed to be featuring Christina Milian, so I guess this is the demo version. It's a real hot banga. Trina's album should be good.
Produced by Tricky Stewart (Mya "Ridin'", Rihanna "Umbrella"), who also co-produced three songs on LeToya's upcoming album with The Dream. This song is cool, but I expected a ballad. I would've prefferered "Here We Go Again", produced by B. Cox (Mary "Be Without You", LeToya "Obvious"), but this is nice. Her new album, Growing Pains, has been pushed back to Nov. 27, 2007 and it includes production by Rodney 'Darkchild' Jerkins (Brandy, Natasha) and Rich Harrison (Amerie, Beyonce).
Hey everyone!
My name is Ahmed, and I am the new owner of Funky-Media. Chris hasn't been updating for a few months, so he gave it to me, but he is gonna be co-owner, though. I am currently making a whole new layout, which, hopefully, will be up by tommorow. Things have been slow here, but I plan to speed them up. Hope you enjoy the blog!

First of all, I'd like to say that Britney did not suck and did NOT do horrible. She was nervous because... SHOCKER! It's her first televised performance in what? 4 years, is it? PLUS she overheard that FUCKING BITCH FROM FUCKING HELL Sarah Silverman backstage SECONDS before the show. That bitch should've gotten BANNED FROM MTV after what she did to poor Paris Hilton. MTV, fuck you! If you take a look at the VMAs rehearsal for "Gimme More" here:

So much energy and confidence... Take a look at how badly words can hurt...:

Stupid Sarah Silverman ruined her performance... She should go hide under a rock or something because SHE FUCKING SUCKS. I hate her, and I don't hate anyone for anything. I am really sad. So much potential... By the way, what the hell happened with the Criss Angel thing? There was no magic... Britney, contrary to what people say, we still support you. Always have, always will.
Back to the VMAs, the show was seriously horrible. I was confused. What was actually happening? There were all these different rooms and places, I got dizzy!
EDIT: Just read an article on USA Today saying Ashanti rolled her eyes and walked away when she was asked about Britney's performance. Boo Shany!! Didn't think you were like that! For real, KARMA.
Back to the VMAs AGAIN, they were so boring!!! I only liked Rihanna's performances, Alicia Keys' performance and MOST OF ALL Nicole Scherzinger's. Later tonight, I will be posting some EXCLUSIVES. Be on the look out!

ere is the official album cover for Nicole Scherzinger's debut album, Her Name Is Nicole. FLAWLESS. The girl can't do no wrong in ANYTHING she does. Credit goes to Toya's World (

I love this girl to death. Always have, always will. She is my crush! LOL. In other Nicole news, the second single will be "Baby Love", which you can download below:
The song is MAD HOT and I think it'll recreate the success of Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry" and PCD's "Stickwitu", hopefully (so not to jinx anything). It is AMAZING. LOVING it.
Here is the downloadable link for the video for "Whatever You Like":
The video is SEXINESS. LOVE the song (addicted to it actually), and the video is hotness. Enjoy!
Here's another song I'm loving.
01. Main Version (f/ Spencer Pratt)
02. No Rap Version
The beat is HOT. BUT the rap is horrible. I was like 'WTF?!'.

I've been EXTREMELY busy, but I'm back now, so keep on visiting, everyone.
New Singles
Fantasia/When I See U (Polow Da Don Remix)

After my excessive playing of Fantasia's #1 single, "When I See U", originally produced by Midi Mafia, Polow's new spin on it is refreshing. Enjoy!
Fantasia's new single is "Only One U", by the way.
Che'Nelle/I Fell In Love With The DJ

Here are EXCLUSIVE promo CD Single tracks from Che'Nelle. This is STRONGLY reccommended. The tracks are really summery. Che'Nelle's new album, Things Happen For A Reason, is due this August. ENJOY.
1. Radio Edit (f/Cham)
2. Extended Mix (f/Cham)
3. Instrumental
4. Album Version
[Credit for the Che'Nelle cover goes to MonicaMania]
Jennifer Lopez/Hold It Don't Drop It (Clip)
The song is reminiscent of a 1970's dance track. I really love it. J. Lo's coming back HARD. The two clips that are leaked are really good, so I'm looking forward to the new album.

Produced by J.R. This one is HOTTT! It's the second single from Mya's latest CD, Liberation. Since we're on the topic of Mya, guess what? Her album has been pushed back yet AGAIN to September...
